Riding each morning makes life better
As a regular cyclist who gets up at 5am to ride, it's such an incredible way to start each day. For me, it gives me time out from work and the pressure of life, it allows me to focus on my fitness, compartmentalise everything which is happening. And if I'm riding solo, listen to an audio book or podcast, which I find really motivating.Â
If you're a regular cyclist or someone getting started, get up early and start your days riding. It will set you up for success, and make you feel better for the experience.Â
